John Simonetti
John J. Simonetti has 14 years of personal injury and litigation experience. He received his B.A. from Boston College in 1990 and graduated from Loyola University Chicago Law School in 1994.
Mr. Simonetti has litigation experience in all areas of personal injury law, including medical malpractice, construction, auto and truck collisions and product liability actions. He is AV (highest) Rated in Martindale-Hubbell peer group lawyer review. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and The Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has co-authored: “Wrongful Death Actions and the Illinois Wrongful Death Act”; “Damages in Wrongful Death Actions”; “Family Member Liabilities, Remedies and Immunities”, “IICLE Wrongful Death and Survival Actions in Illinois” 2000 and 2007 and was Co-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Appellate Law Committee, 1997 – 1999.
Mr. Simonetti lives in Evanston, Illinois with his wife and daughter.
